Seeing the potential and the great interest in services related to the employment of foreigners, as well as temporary residence permits in Poland, in 2016 he established cooperation with attorney Katarzyna Grzybowska – Jagódka, initially as part of two separate law firms, in order to in 2018 establish a partnership between Stachurski and Grzybowska. The knowledge and experience of advocate Katarzyna Grzybowska – Jagódka in conducting economic, civil, as well as criminal proceedings has caused the law firm to open up to legal counseling for foreigners in need of assistance in registering a company in Poland, training and audits related to the employment of foreigners, as well as representing foreigners in matters related to consent to marry a Pole, divorce, division of property, consent to the acquisition of real estate by foreigners in Poland. Since then, we have also very much started advising foreign clients (foreigners) who want to open a company in Poland, needing not only support in this regard at the beginning, but also subsequent legal services.
